New Delhi: In the lock-down implemented in the wake of the Corona virus outbreak, two Indian citizens on their way back home died after falling at a sharp turn in Nepal. Police officials gave this information on Tuesday. Mukesh Gupta and Santosh Mahato, who hail from Kabari in Lalitpur, were going to their home in Motihari, Bihar. On Sunday, his bicycle fell about 150 meters down a mountain road in Jhakidara, about 30 km from Kantipur.
They had run out of money and the lockdown continued even after three weeks, so they decided to go back home by bicycle with two others. All four were riding two bicycles. It is not known how they all separated from each other on the way as Santhan Mahto's father Dinanath Mahato and Munna Gupta reached their home in Motihari while both of them died.
