Highest 62 deaths in 24 hours, COVID-19 infected figures cross 29,000

Coronavirus cases in India: So far 934 people have died due to coronavirus in the country while the number of infected cases has increased to 29435.

Updates of Coronavirus: Coronavirus is rapidly spreading legs in India. The number of Covid-19 infected patients in the country has risen to 29435. According to the latest data released by the Health Ministry on Tuesday, so far 934 people have died due to coronavirus in the country while the number of infected cases has increased to 29435. At the same time, in the last 24 hours, 1543 new cases of corona (Covid-19) have been reported and 62 people have died.

Most deaths have occurred in 24 hours. However, it is a matter of some relief that till date 6869 patients have been cured of this disease. The recovery rate of patients increased to 23.33 percent. Please tell that to prevent the spread of corona infection, lockdown was imposed across the country. This lockdown will continue till 3 May.


In Maharashtra, the figure of infected crosses 8000

In the worst affected state of Corona, the figure of infected has crossed 8 thousand. More than 5500 cases are in Mumbai alone. Mumbai is the first city in the country where the figure of corona infects has crossed 5500.The administration has decided to convert the municipal schools into quarantine centers, where corona patients will be housed, in view of the increasing number of corona infections. On Monday, there was a huge jump in the number of new patients of Covid-19 in Mumbai. 395 people got infected by it. According to BMC, the total number of patients in Mumbai has increased to 5,589.

Lockdown can be relaxed in these places

Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have relaxed some of the lockdowns in the green zone indicated in the meeting with the Chief Ministers on Monday. Sources said that PM Modi told the Chief Ministers that the decision will be taken after May 3, the states which are more affected, the lockdown will continue in those districts and where the situation is fine, district-wise concession will be given. PM Modi said that a policy has to be prepared for opening lockdown. States should formulate their own policy on how to open Red, Green and Orange zones.

Corona also in Supreme Court

In the midst of the ongoing Corona crisis, the case of  Covid-19 has also come out of the Supreme Court. A Supreme Court employee has been found to be Corona positive. The employee who was found corona infected came to court on 16 April. The two registrars have been quarantined till 30 April and the remaining people in contact are being traced.
