How can Lockdown 4.0?

On Monday, a marathon meeting of more than 6 hours was held between the Chief Ministers of all the states of the country and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Lockdown and corona virus were discussed in this meeting. Many states, including Maharashtra, Bengal and Punjab, had called the lockdown necessary during this period and demanded to pursue it.

However, there were many other states which sought to limit lockdown. The states had said that the strictness of the lockdown would be limited to the red zone, containment zone, the rest of the area should be relaxed.

Along with this, a demand was made in front of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of the states that decisions like relaxation in lockdown, opening of economic activities and sharing of the zone should be left to the state governments. So that exemption can be done with ground reality.

  • Some more leeway can be given in the green zone.
  • State governments can take decisions regarding economic activities.
  • State governments can get the right to decide the zone.
  • Many states have given relaxation in the day, so strict curfew has been implemented after seven in the evening, such a rule can come.
  • Offices can be operational, but with limited staff.
  • Just as the Indian Railway service has started in a limited way, the airline can start in the same way, which will be working in the green zone.
Let us tell you that due to the Corona virus crisis, the first public curfew was announced on 22 March in the country. After that a lockdown of 21 days was declared on 24 March, which was later extended to 3 May and then to 17 May.
